“The train ticket was not sent 24hours in advance as it promised. Upon my request it was sent 12 hours before but with a wrong name(another’s). Upon my request a ticket was sent,but misspelled. The driver did not show on time. Five participants who were not familiar with each other looked for him. He showed up without showing our names and his explanation for each sight was not enough (how long we stay, what we can do there etc). Participants helped each other.”
